2026 NEW REVIEW. NEW INSTALLATION I contacted Pablo to remodel the other side of my staircase which this time wasn’t a baluster replacement but demoing a solid wall with an outlet and installing balusters and once again, an exceptional experience!! His team is very thorough, explained every step and finished the entire project in a single day. I am so happy I found C5 Construction. My old stair railing was janky and not up to code, so my husband and I needed a solution to make it safer for our baby on the way. Pablo came out to our home and immediately knew how to address our concerns with the railing. We were on his schedule within ten days, and his team finished the work in just two days. I have nothing but positive things to say about Pablo and his team of C5 Construction. Our exterior staircase was going to happen in conjunction with the rest of the backyard renovation so there was a lot of waiting game until it was time for him to get things started on his end. Even though I first met him in July 2023 to go over the design, get quote, etc., the actual installation didn't take place until May 2024. I’m a general contractor in the DFW area. If you’re needing stair/railing work these are your guys. Very professional, friendly, on time, and their work is outstanding.
I had the worst experience with a prior contract and a tight schedule and I called Pablo Monday afternoon who was so nice, provided a quick design and reasonable quote within a couple of hours. By Wednesday our project was complete! Outstanding customer service, quality finish AND they left our floors cleaner than when they arrived... Win!! Highly highly recommend this company.
