Placed an order on Jun 12th, Front bumper with lights, winch, everything was roughly 6k dollars. For the past 3 weeks, I have been calling about missing lights. C4 reps have been super nice, but fail to call me back to inform me about the missing lights. I typically wait two days to reach out again. So I called today and I get the same excuse " waiting to hear from Heretic." Today, C4 rep told me to call Heretic myself. I have to agree with others on the basis of there are a lot of other manufacturers out there with faster delivery times. I have been told for 3 weeks that my part is in the packing and shipping queue but there has been no change in weeks. Order from the other manufacturers out there if you wish to get your items.
C4 Fabrication products are the real deal. Have several of their parts on my 5th gen 4Runner and they have taken a beating and have done very well. I am very impressed with their products!!!
I need to replace the front bumper on my 2021 Toyota Tundra after kissing a tree during a little off-roading on Brown Mountain in NC. I shopped and researched it hard and settled on a C4 Overland bumper with a mid-height bull bar. The bumper is seriously rugged and of high quality. It fit perfectly and I really appreciated the installation video. I had some interaction with customer service and they always responded timely and were very helpful. I think that it looks great and I am excited to do some more field testing.
While they do have nice products, their customer service is rude and website is misleading. Given the number of quality products on the market now, their product isn't nice enough to make me deal with them again. I'd spend my money on any of the many other great brands serving the space, and who seem to appreciate their customers.
