Had a great time with customer service getting a new strap for my gas caddy, got a little confused putting it on and cut it too short (my bad) and had another good experience getting a second strap the same day. Happy with the product too!

I have the C4 ladder, lo pro front winch bumper, and dual rear swing out overland bumper. Hindsight, I’d have gone with another brand. The rear ladder shifted under weight and is crooked (C4 supposedly fixed this issue on latest ladders). Front bumper is great. No complaints. Rear bumper turned my $50K rig into a paperweight… as an avid mountain biker I have a rear trailer hitch bike rack that is used to transport bikes. I’ve bought the overland rear bumper & sliders for our 5th gen 4Runner. The quality of their products are pretty good but incredibly long lead times. I would look at other brands if you want your stuff sooner than 10 weeks or later.
