I’ve been to probably 10 different gyms around Cleveland over the years, and C4 Athletics is easily my favorite. It’s the first gym I’ve genuinely looked forward to coming back to. The balance between open gym time and coached classes is perfect. The coaches are incredibly welcoming, always willing to modify workouts to match my current ability, and they create an environment where you feel challenged without feeling intimidated. Dropped in this morning from Maine for the 5:30 am class and it was great! The coach was wicked nice and encouraging. It was a full class but there is tons of space. I will definitely drop in again when I’m back here!
C4 Athletics is incredible! High-energy workouts, knowledgeable coaches, and a motivating community. Always a great training experience — highly recommend!
