Once the closing is done, it feels like they don’t really care about the homeowners anymore. We’ve raised a few major concerns, but every time we ask about them, we’re told they’re not covered under warranty. Honestly, it’s been very disappointing. The 1-year warranty feels like it’s just there for namesake. Also, there’s ongoing construction on our street which creates a lot of dust. C+ homes is more accurate. Just enough to pass like in school. Tried to get some warranty work done on my 500k+ home and they only responded to one thing, didnt even acknowledge, yet alone fix the other ten things on the list. I was overseas working for the military during for the first 9 months of ownership so these items was not from wear and tear. I wouldn't buy again.

If you want mold growing in your walls and flooring when your home is practically new (1.5 years old), then choose C3! They will also refuse to do anything to resolve the situation, even though 25% of the homes they built in our neighborhood (so far) have the same moisture/mold issues. Most of our neighbors are planning to get inspections so there will likely be more. So far the damages to our practically brand new home are around $15k. Have to rate 1 star because for some reason there aren’t negative stars. Where do I start, their finish work is garbage, their builder warranty is garbage, my overall experience with them has been awful. We’ve been in our house 18 months, paid over $600k for a house that is getting water intrusion due to improper construction that has caused black mold. We are not the only ones in our neighborhood having this issue. The neighborhood has a total of 21 houses so far with 16 built by C3 and 4 to my knowledge have the same issue... read more
