Clearly explained and executed process. Did not get everything we were entitled to from the insurer (we don't have time to litigate it out for years) but reasonable enough settlement to perform some needed repairs after a claim, and resolved in a reasonably timely manner, all things considered. Mike is always professional and responsive. Even more importantly, he is fair. He provided needed resources to get the job done. Will definitely use him again if another complex claim arises.
