This gym has it all…so much equipment! Warm community vibes! I love that I can work out every day and still have so much to learn. Excellent coaches. I am 46 and feel stronger and more capable than ever.

I found C3 a fast and real form of therapy and personal growth. It is a great place to start feeling value and accomplishment in yourself. The coaches provide a positive and encouraging zone and the community is welcoming, friendly and fun. If you want to make improvements, this is a great and straightforward way to start. Milan and his team will get you results.
I interpret C3 Gibsons as Coast Community Crossfit. This is a way beyond regular friendly gym if you are coming from a big city and expecting one. All staff I met are great, but make sure to meet Milan, he created a fitness gem & clearing on the Sunshine Coast based on extensive experience with high end clientele around the world.
