Very grateful for this fine establishment. Top quality coaching, equipment and coordination. Would definitely recommend this to anybody looking to become more fit, get stronger and/or just to stay healthy.
Christie and I dropped by C3 Gibsons and felt at home walking into a well laid out playground for adults - haha - the 'box'! The atmosphere is relaxed, people are friendly, and the coaching? Exceptional. Big shoutout to Tima — his coaching was spot on, encouraging, and perfectly balanced between push and praise. We left sweaty, smiling, and already discussing when we can return. If you’re in Gibsons and searching for an excellent workout with even better people, C3 is the place to be!
This gym has it all…so much equipment! Warm community vibes! I love that I can work out every day and still have so much to learn. Excellent coaches. I am 46 and feel stronger and more capable than ever.
Dropped in from out of town with my other half who is very new to CrossFit. Members and coaches were incredibly welcoming. Recommended to anyone!
