The residents and management have the nerve to yell at people for using the shared space between the two buildings, as this building is attached to another (3280). Meanwhile they literally have a balcony falling onto the heads of people using the driveway that connects the two buildings. A giant piece was ripped off recently in the poor weather. Safety hazard and weird priorities.
Needs better administration
I called customer service to ask about the price, and they hung up on me. That's so unprofessional and stupid
I bought a condo there a few years back just as it was built. The floors where very uneven.You could roll a marble down from some room corners. All my furniture needed adjusters. Alot of the neigbors bbq-ed on their balconies ,and often it was fish they cooked ,so when the weather warmed up you had to keep all your windows shut. It was well insulated however, but they were stingy on the quality of the products and the after service was gross. It was my first ever purchase, and i sold it at a loss to get out of it.
