Workers came today and were very professional and efficient. Cleaned up after working.
So disappointed in this company. Completed a roof repair (over $1500) about a year ago. I called them 10 days after the 1 year mark and they claimed it was out side the 1 year warranty period. As it was the off season, I had not been to the property in months and clearly the water leakage through to the ceiling had been there for a while. I had a leak through my roof on Wednesday, and Brendan came out on Thursday! He instantly found the issue and eased my mind. I had to get the old shingles lifted, plywood placed, and new shingles. His team came out on Tuesday (5 days later) and my house looks brand new! The best part… it only took a day to complete. I will only go to CR3 American Exteriors for my construction needs. Not to mention, the financing plan was easy to apply and afford! Thank you Brendan and team x 1000!
After 6 estimates we chose CR3 Exteriors and we’re glad we did. Some of the others were insanely priced but CR3 was reasonable. Brandon and his team showed the highest quality workmanship and Ben made sure the smallest details were taken care of. We highly recommend CR 3 American Exteriors to our friends .
