We needed some siding repair and contacted CR3 in Delmarva. Brenden responded quickly and came by to assess our job. He explained the work we needed in great detail. We had some extreme weather setbacks but work was completed on time. During a home inspection supplementary roof and flashing work was needed from some prior damage. Brenden helped us complete these requirements needed for the sale of our home. Thank you for outstanding customer service.

We’re glad we met Brendan of CR3!! We needed a new roof and knowing those are quite a chore we contacted 3 contractors. Although Brendan at CR3 was not the cheapest he showed his knowledge and confidence of what we wanted and how to get it done. His crew was amazing! Came in started early finished in one day complete with a clean-up that was second to none. We’re happy to have worked with CR3 and Brendan and would recommend them to anyone in need of exterior work on their homes.

So disappointed in this company. Completed a roof repair (over $1500) about a year ago. I called them 10 days after the 1 year mark and they claimed it was out side the 1 year warranty period. As it was the off season, I had not been to the property in months and clearly the water leakage through to the ceiling had been there for a while. While they may seem to do good work, based on my experience, if there is an issue they are not credible or ethical in their business practices I was also told they are very busy. I had a leak through my roof on Wednesday, and Brendan came out on Thursday! He instantly found the issue and eased my mind. I had to get the old shingles lifted, plywood placed, and new shingles. His team came out on Tuesday (5 days later) and my house looks brand new! The best part… it only took a day to complete. I will only go to CR3 American Exteriors for my construction needs. Not to mention, the financing plan was easy to apply and afford! Thank you Brendan and team x 1000!
