Overall, our stay at Seaplace was enjoyable however I was extremely disappointed with Mary Allen Realty and the unprofessionalism of realtor, Joanne Delaney. The unit did not appear to be renter ready when we arrived. Sand in the beds and dirty counter tops were the least of my concerns. Upon entering the property a strong odor of burnt marijuana was detected immediately. Upon opening the kitchen cabinet i discovered drug paraphernalia and a lighter in plain site. Why can I say…when my property I rented for a week this summer fell through because of the property owner, Lois Dornan, made sure to my family a better place to rent in no time at all. To say I appreciate all the help I was given is an understatement. I could not be happier with my experience. Amazing customer service and a great effort to make sure we did not miss out on our vacation!!!
Thanks so much for providing such a warm and wonderful place to stay while in Ship Bottom, LBI. The location of the house is incredibly convenient to all areas and the access to the beach was fabulous.... Eileen Hessel is highly professional and an amazing person. She would bring us fresh oysters and local scallops on top of addressing immediately our EVERY request day or night. Mary Allen realty (Lexi) are truly amazing people!! On June 29th we lost the original place we were staying for the July 4th week! Feeling hopeless we called and searched every online source one can think of!! Then by divine intervention we came across Mary Allen realty and while everyone we spoke to said it’s impossible to find something for the 4th of July week at this time Mary Allen (Lexi) went to work calling us back and working diligently to find us a place so we didn’t have to break a promise to the children. Went there for years , most of my life , my mother and I when my dad left I went to work at a factory and saved money so we could rent a room at the limbrick house ! BEST OF TIMES !No air bought little metal fan . because we got so sunburn we could not hardly walk . No sunscreen back then baby oil!ouch BUT FOUND MEMORIES . THEN when I had a family we went for years , OF COURSE MOM CAME WITH US.THEN lost 1 son .Mom is now 89 still wants to go back ! Looking for small place .
