I have dealt with Mike for two loans, one for our recent house purchase and again for a fixed second. Mike is extremely helpful with the whole process and has great communication skills. He answers all my questions and is readily available to discuss any concerns or issues.
We have worked with Mike West on several occasions and have always gotten excellent service. The most recent occasion was the most challenging as the laws have become more complex and we had to qualify for two homes. He nonetheless got everything done and on time.
