Sana is truly a life saver when it comes to financing a new home! She has been so easy to work with in this entire process. My husband and I work opposite shifts and have very hectic schedules she was able to work around everything that came up! I'm really happy to of had her help us!
Very unprofessional! Had a mutual client with this company and tried more than once to get updates. The loan processor was very rude and unprofessional, actually telling me that she didn't have time to talk to me. The loan officer never answered the phone and didn't return phone calls when a message was left. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. There are several mortgage companies out there that value business and customer service, this isn't one of them.
Working with Sana made my life easier at this company. She found the perfect loan for me and helped me get the most benefit for my circumstances. She was patient and answered all my questions, worked with me to get me thru the process with the lender. In today's home lending market, it takes a lot more paperwork and documents than it did even 5 years ago. We bought a new construction home in Riverview and the builders lender was giving us such a hard time. Sana with C2 financial was able to get the deal closed fairly easily and we were finally able to close on our dream home. I am confident that if it wasn't for her, we would not be in our home today.
