It was nice to have the conversation with the C2 counselor. She is pretty professional and well-organized to analyze our needs and the goal. Maintain a good communication is the best way to let the counselor, teachers and students to work together well. I am happy with their help in time to let my kid feel comfortable to reach the goal.
The staff were always warm and ready to help me with anything I needed support with academically. I found all the tutors, especially Scott and Ryan, to be exceptionally knowledgeable and passionate for their work, and overall, genuinely fun people to work with!
