Counselors are friendly and attentive.
They called me to tell me they had to cancel my appointment. Then the next week they call and tell me my time has to change. Then when they finally reschedule me to a new time, and virtual instead of in person, they call me a few hours before my VIRTUAL appointment and tell me I have to do a physical appointment. I said I cant change my schedule that quickly so I asked them to reschedule me to a different day. They rescheduled me but still charged me a cancellation fee even though THEY were the ones who cancelled the appoint... read more
