Services are bad , didn’t give me the right paperwork to get my plates , can’t take out my plates now . Never respond to the calls or messages.
They committed fraud. We didn’t want the car (Mercedes Benz) anymore due to already have 2 other cars so we voluntarily took it back to the lot back in 2024. I get a call from the loan company in 2026 saying my car is past due 22k. Turns out the owner (pepe) and his brother (Brian) stole the car and took it to Mexico to be sold. Police have an active case against the owner going on 2 years now but cannot do anything because the vin numbers have not come up anywhere saying the cars have been sold again.
Do don’t buy anything from these people! They will swap fluids instead of fixing problems 22k worth of repairs in 3 months of ownership. Terrible people!
