I have stopped in multiple times as a guest while visiting Mountain Home and would recommend c12 to locals and out-of-towners alike. It has everything you could possibly need plus a welcoming and friendly environment.

Absolutely recommend this gym! The owner is awesome and the gym itself is amazing as well. I was just visiting Mountain Home and needed somewhere to get a lift in and Nick was so helpful! Lots of great equipment and the vibe of the place is perfect. Can’t wait till I’m back up here and can go again!

Came to Mountain Home, Arkansas for a relaxing weekend of trout fishing and camping, but couldn’t miss a day in the gym. We found C12 Athletics and now completely understand why they have so many 5-star reviews. This gym is absolutely top notch. best gym i’ve ever been to. the sauna was great and the owner was super nice! I recommend this gym for anybody whether you’re just starting out, or you’ve been lifting for years, Once you switch you’ll never go back!

Absolutely love this place!! I’ve been out of the gym for 2 years and everyone here is so welcoming. The sign up process was easy, Eric was so kind and explained everything, Nick is the sweetest person ever and will greet you every time you walk in whenever he sees you. All in all this gym had the atmosphere that makes people either fall in love with the gym or reignite the love that they lost. If you want a place where you can go in, have a great atmosphere and workout, this is your place!!
