She asks questions to gain a thorough understanding of my issue before proceeding. She is always spot on and understands my issues. She is very knowledgeable in hair products and when asked, will recommend one to help me in the area I am concerned about. As an older woman, I appreciate her experience in all types of hair and she helps wear it in several easy styles.
Excellent experience. Lana did a beautiful job cutting and styling my unruly hair. I had been growing it out for quite a while and it was a mess. It is now stylish and easy to manage.
Karina provided an excellent service! She takes the time to understand exactly how you want your hair to look and provides expert advice on the best cut and styling to achieve it. Her knowledge and attention to detail are truly impressive. I couldn't be happier with the results and will definitely be recommending her to family and friends!
