Dr. Zhang is a skilled and caring dentist. The entire staff is top notch. No waiting more than a minute or two for my appointment. Clean office. Convenient location. I highly recommend.
The front desk is always very rude and lacks patience. She hung up on me during our call when we started debating the schedule conflict. I tried to explain the issue calmly, but she interrupted me several times, making it hard to communicate. I feel like I’m not being heard or respected, which is really discouraging, especially since I just want to resolve this conflict peacefully.
