I love them so much very gentle and provide good service snacks water . And they make me feel like I’m at home
I have gotten my nails done now 3 times at Ying and have had a lovely experience each time! I’m quite annoying and picky when it comes to shape and color, and Helen always lets me test my colors and shapes my nails to perfection! Also my hands are very sensitive and they always make sure to work carefully with my cuticles etc as to not damage my skin. These folks couldn’t be bothered to give you the time of day. I had a painful nail and they just cut my finger and let me go without even solving the problem, putting alcohol or a bandaid on the cut. I went two doors down to the other nail spot and they solved every problem with grace.
The staff is amazing. The salon is clean and the service all around is excellent. Highly recommend
