Had to have my car towed by them, tower needed to get in my trunk which I told him to hold on because you couldn't get in through the outside hand had to crawl in through the back and unhook the latch being a 3 door hatchback, didn't listen and ripped the garnish off and just said to tape it with black duct tape (on a silver car) and to just paint over the tape.
