I’m a new patient with Dr Shin at C Well/ Eyes of Hermosa, and I’m very happy with my choice. She has all the high tech equipment. She was thorough with the exam and generous with her time. She’s getting me on a different treatment plan than my previous Dr, one that seems more thoughtful. She sent me home with samples so that I can test run the contact lenses before committing to the order. And she’s an absolute sweetheart :)

I went to my first eye exam in over a decade and could not recommend a better practice. The waiting room is very comfortable with plenty of seating, coffee, water, and a pleasant energy overall. Dr. Shin is professional, knowledgeable and created an enjoyable experience. I did not realize an eye exam would be so educational. I now have a much better understanding of how to maintain and improve my vision. Thank you, C .Well Vision!

I needed to find a new optometrist after moving. My first eye exam with Dr Shin was such a pleasant experience! She was both efficient and thorough. She made sure to check my vision and eye health in every area, explaining her findings and recommendations so that I could take care of my dry eyes better. Office was clean and felt very organized. And Dr Shin is so friendly! I’ll be back! Just a tip: Dr Shin/C Well is located inside the Eyes of Hermosa office. parking is accessible from Artesia only, so it can be easy to miss... read more

The experience overall was very good. The office is well located and has convenient access to parking. Dr Michelle was extremely personable and took her time to explain everything. She is genuinely interested in her patients. She did not rush through the appointment. She has very sophisticated equipment in her office. Would certainly recommend Dr Michelle.

As a worried mother, I was looking for a trusted pediatric optometrist after my 3-year-old daughter started blinking excessively. Dr. Shin was incredibly quick to get us in and made the whole experience so comforting. She was very responsive to all my concerns and took the time to explain everything. My daughter felt completely at ease, and it was clear how much Dr. Shin truly cares about her patients. I’m so grateful for her care and highly recommend her!
