Dr. Shin is great with kids. She has a full understanding how Children's Vision health can have an effect on performance at school and how it can effect mental well being. Highly recommend for anyone especially for kids and teens.

Dr. Shin was patient, kind, and very thorough when I took my son in for a medical eye appointment. She followed up after the appointment checking in on Ari and made herself available if I had any concerns. She also had a same day appointment which was amazing. I am so pleased with our visit!
Dr. Michelle Shin is a fantastic resource and incredibly helpful! My daughter struggled with reading and words moving on the page. She hated reading and was very discouraged every time she picked up a book. After working with Dr. Shin for about a year, everything came together. She loves to read now and no longer struggles. I had an emergent vision situation, and Dr. Shin personally spoke with me on the phone and stayed late to fit me in that day to do a medical exam. She advised me on next steps and sent me a follow-up email to recap the exam, her recommended retina specialists, and what info to relay to them. You can tell she has a good heart and is highly competent and thorough!
