Excellent experience. Dr. Shin is the consumate professional and took a lot of time to explain all facets of my eye exam. She was very thorough and went out of her way to explain the rationale behind her recommendations. I will be bringing my entire family for their eye appointments as well. Highly recommended.
Just had my six-year-old daughter’s eye exam with Dr. Shin and I couldn’t be more satisfied. She is very welcoming, friendly, kind, and patient. I needed a second opinion on a misdiagnosed eye issue for my daughter and the doctor did many different tests to ensure we had the right prescription. I left feeling well informed which is opposite what I felt at her first exam at another optometrist. I have definitely found our family eye doctor and will continue coming to her in the future.
Dr. Shin was great! She took the time to explain every part of my exam to me and was very thorough. My care felt personalized and her whole team is personable. Much different than the 15 minute experiences I have had at LensCrafters where it seems like they are rushing you through and mostly trying to sell you on frames.
Dr. Shin is incredibly thorough and easy to talk to. She explains everything in a clear, approachable way, which makes the entire experience comfortable and stress-free. I really appreciate how patient and knowledgeable she is. Bonus—she also sees pediatric patients, which makes her a great option for the whole family. Highly recommend!
Dr. Shin was extremely helpful and very attentive during my daughter's examination. She took a lot of time to explain everything thoroughly and come up with a plan to address any vision needs. The staff was friendly and I'm planning to bring my entire family here as well!
