I had a very disappointing experience with Cway. The owner has shown an extreme lack of professionalism, which is incredibly frustrating. To make matters worse, they are illegally holding my personal belongings in my vehicle. I've tried reaching out multiple times to resolve the issue, but my concerns have been completely ignored. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable service or ethical treatment. ---
They give me the price on the phone. $150+$3.5 per km. Triple checked! They charged me almost double. $318 for 9km. They said price on the phone is nothing, I have to pay the new amount they made after the towing. They won't give me my boat if I don't pay the new amount. So they have my boat and trailer now! Caution! C-Way Towing and Campbells towing is the same guy!
Springs here and the kids are out but their drivers continue to speed up and down the roads like they’re first responders. Call Campbells towing instead, their drivers seem a lot more responsible on our neighbourhood roads.
