My house was built in 2015. I moved into it in 2024. I wish I would have looked at it closer when I bought it. The front door isn't even centered with the front enters. There are screw bumps all over the walls and cracks in the corners. I called them awhile back to ask where the main water line entered the house. They had no clue and no documents. Stay far away from these homes.
Great builder, great agent. Everyone was easy to work with and went the extra mile to make sure that everything worked out according to my timeline with selling my previous home. I would highly recommend Chase Williams III and CW Williams Homes

Heartbreaking is an understatement!! Throughout my 2.5 year battle with C. W. Williams Homes, facts have proven that my new build issues would not exist had proper construction and permits been provided prior to occupancy. According to the State of Georgia, I have the right of enjoyment of my home. However, not being as educated as I am today about C. W.
