This is the worst repair shop I have ever dealt with in my 35 years of driving. C & W transmissions cost me way more then what they were worth they quoted me $2500 for the repair and gave me a turn around time of 3 days, sooo not the case what I got from them was (2 tickets totaling $300 bucks a missing heavy duty rock guard shield costing $500 from the dealer to replace, 6 months of car insurance while it was at this shop. Caring, knowledgeable and hard working
My regular mechanic recommended them because I was having transmission issues. I go there and he runs the diagnostic and tells me to call him in a few days. Every week I call to try to get my car serviced and every week he has a new excuse. I have been waiting close to a month now just to get my car repaired. The mechanic tells me a day to call and I call and he gives me a new excuse of why I can't get my car repaired. I try to ask a follow up question and he just hangs up on me.
