Just a note that Norman the owner is looking for a new place, he told me that if you need emergency service you could still contact him and he will see what he can do.

Customer service..Don't know cause he basically didn't talk.. But he did help me fix a screw in my tire in less than 20 mins. Cost $40... A bit much compare to other place I go before...And they don't fix run flat tire.. The thing I dislike the most is that he didn't bother to re-balance the tire before putting back on my car...He use white chalk to mark the tire to rim position and that's all.

Norm helped me patch my tire in under 20 minutes. I phoned in at 6:30 PM and Norm was the only shop open and available to help me at the time. Top quality job at a reasonable price!

I've been going to Norm for almost 10 years now. He is my mechanic. Best mechanic I know. Nice. I've never been disappointed here. I highly recommend.
