Why would C W Strittmatter Inc in Manassas Va has a big sign in the front of their building saying HIRING CDL DRIVERS? I’ve called the number 4 times left 4 voicemails with my contact information sent 2 emails and even applied online and not a single soul has bother to return my calls or respond to my email. The lack of professionalism from who ever Runs that store and the person who’s in charge of the hiring is unreal. And based on some of the other reviews others had experience this same treatment
Claim to be hiring they don't hire only hire within their friends... waste of time even if it's with union ... avoid them they don't really support union
Use 2 be a good company now they hire people and put them in machines and have seasoned operators on the ground. You still get paid the same on the ground but the management is no good dispatch should have a list of what each operator can run instead they just throw Employee from job 2 job. They also hire foremen that dont even know how to grade or use a lazer. Pay scale is all over too i know 1 guy they hired that can only run a bobcat and gets paid 32 a hour and is listed as a heavy equipmemt operator when you got guys tha... read more
