Beware! My mother purchased a double wide from this company and has had nothing but problems. She's tried multiple times to get someone to come at least look at the issues... Nothing. If you have any other choices, please use them.
I shopped at several placed in Vicksburg, Monroe and Jackson and Finally found the home of my dreams. My girlfriend and I are so happy with the delivery and setup of our new forever home. The staff at C and W Mobile Homes were so helpful and the setup crew were experts at getting my home positioned just right and leveled. We moved in a couple of weeks ago and can't be happier. I paid cash for my home in Nov 2022. It is now March 10 2023. I am 78 years old. I sold my home to get a small Cottage series 7107 to place next to my son. I paid $61,996.00 cash .This included deliver, set up, skirting and AC. It is finished. Now they are telling me they have no money to pay a driver to deliver it. Where did my money go to?
