Have had deliveries through this company twice and both have been very unprofessional. Had two young men here the other day and the one named Brandon with longer hair was incredibly rude and damaged the sofa while putting it together and it was still left with no word. Then he made a rude remark when I did not leave a tip for them after damaging my sofa. Shame on you Brandon.
They have exhibited poor communication on multiple occasions and delayed service. They gave a three-hour window for delivery and failed to hit it. That's difficult when I rearranged my week to fit their window. When I called the office for an update at 4:40pm, it must have been too close to closing time for them to answer though their truck was still out. And we've still not gotten the delivery. I would give this trash company 0 stars if possible. They will not work with you on timeframes at all. They’ve blamed the seller on multiple occasions when they’ve missed our windows of availability. WHICH HAS BEEN MULTIPLE TIMES… I truly can’t understand how this company could’ve fumbled so much after our communication. AVOID CW DELIVERY AT ALL COSTS
