Debbie should not be working in any form of customer service. She is rude, curt, and unhelpful. This company delivers for Lazy Boy and they should really consider using a different delivery company.

By far the worst delivery service I've ever experienced. LAZYBOY NEEDS TO DROP THIS COMPANY ASAP. Will petition everyday until they do. Please avoid.

I purchased a bedroom suite from Arhaus furniture, Arhaus Recommended them, once I called CW they took it over from there. CW worked directly with the store. They scheduled a date and time then showed up right on time. It was truly a white glove experience, they even helped me move some old furniture around, next they installed all four pieces and assembled the bed. The delivery guys were very clean and polite, I would highly recommend them.

Have had deliveries through this company twice and both have been very unprofessional. Had two young men here the other day and the one named Brandon with longer hair was incredibly rude and damaged the sofa while putting it together and it was still left with no word. Then he made a rude remark when I did not leave a tip for them after damaging my sofa. Shame on you Brandon.
