Unethical. Didn't clearly explain the work they'd do, overcharged me and then after the receipt was signed and my credit card charged, they altered the charges and added more money without consulting me. When I tried to resolve the discrepancies, the person answering the phone was very rude. I tried to deal with the owner, Chuck Fischer, and he was even worse. Trust me, don't let them walk into your house. Call someone else.
