These days it's hard to find a service company that goes above and beyond expectations. CW Cummings is one! During the winter, my heater died, on a Sunday, and in 5 degree weather no less. I called them and was expecting a very long & cold wait. Chris Cummings personally returned my voicemail. When he realized I had my children bundled and was planning to have my wife take them to the mall to warm up, he assured me that it wouldn't be necessary.
