I have been coming to Bay Pines VA Medical Center since 2004. Although no hospital is perfect, it has been one of the best VA Hospitals I have been, and even better than some of the civilian hospitals in the area. I feel bad for my fellow veterans who have had a bad experiences; however, mine has been great.
This is the best Healthcare I have ever received, civilian, military or other VA in other cities. Every department has been great. They seem to genuinely care. Ample parking in this compound of a medical center with very nice facilities.
Everyone on all shifts all departments are so caring tender compassionate and emphatic about you as a patient. Thank you this is my first experience at the VA hospital Dr Kim in ER really went above and beyond for me I was in a really bad place physically and emotionally. Thank you all
