I had a failed windshield washer fluid pump on my '14 Ford Focus. The local Ford dealerships couldn't help me in the time I was around. When I called on New Year's Eve, the owner of CW told me to come by the next day. They'd be there at 9 AM. I did and they looked at it. They determined that the pump was bad and we agreed for me to come back in two days.
