Unfortunately, my recent visit twas a complete letdown. Not only did I encounter rude and abusive customer service, but the quality of the work performed on my car was subpar. Despite paying for what I expected to be professional service, I was left with unresolved issues and a feeling of dissatisfaction. CV tire is now closed. However the mechanic shop called Vic's just behind it is going to be using all the garages from CV tire for their business. ALLEN is the man to see. Honest and kind and full of useful information. He grew up in the area and went to Clark and CV. So happy I found a decent mechanic.
