This guy is great. Very professional, and courteous. He gave me a very fair deal, charged a fair price to come out and work in my refrigerator, ordered parts and on the return trip to install the new parts, he only charged me for parts. Not only that, but I became confident that he knew my refrigerator and how to service it. He fixed one problem with the water dispenser, and advised me not have high hopes for ice because the ice maker is a poor design.
