Staff are Professional, Patient, Caring, Friendly, and they have more good design on frame than other shops. Staff can speak Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and English.
I am very grateful to Dr Kylvin Ho for following up on my eyes. He and his staff are very kind and friendly. They are willing to spend a lot of time answering my questions. His patience made me understand my eyes problem clearly and gave me advice on how to deal with it. I am even more grateful that he would spend his own private time after get off work to further explore my eye problems that are unique to others. Super nice, friendly staff. All the ladies and the gentleman helps us with everything we need and asked for. Teresa is the one who’s with us all the way. She suggested and even help us to claim our insurance. We always go here for eye check up with Dr. Christina Chen and she’s just the best nicest Optometrist. Thank you C U Vision team. Zero stars if I could! I called today to book an appointment because my baby accidentally hit me in the eye , it's red, painful, and clearly not normal. But they told me the earliest they could see me was May 5! They didn’t even consider it an emergency. This isn’t the first time either. A while back, I had something in my eye, couldn’t even open it properly, and they still wouldn’t treat it as urgent. They told me to wait a week!
