RecommendedThese guys care about Browns Fans!! I’m from Georgia moved when I was 24. I visit them every time I come home...I always rack up around 150-200$ in Browns gear and some autographs for our backer club in Ga. And they always discount the prices when I get to Regis and buy a lot in bulk! Great people!

Block you if you try to report a concern. Not customer friendly. Buy some super cheap quality stuff and still sell it at a normal price. Be better than that for your people in the area.
I think this store has a lot of great variety and items for any sports fan, but the no return policy (other than apparel) is very interesting to me. Put the bright florescent sign directly on the counter top so people truly see it when they are buying their items or signing their name. It's taped up off to the side, but I have to assume most people don't notice it. I don't agree with the policy, but since it is one, make sure everyone knows at the time of the purchase by putting it in a better location.
Since moving to Northeast Ohio back in early 2015, this store has been my go to location for sports memorabilia and gifts. Since then my family and I have purchased over two dozen one of a kind and sports related items. Staff is very friendly and efficient in helping locating items. Beyond the one of a kind type of items, their general sports related items are vast. It you can't find a gift for your sports fan in this store, there is not hope.
