We had a porch fitted, with a badly constructed roof. Had leaks from the start. We claimed off the insurance as thru had ceased trading. Thank you to our friends for recommending shire conservatories, who fitted a brand new roof out of rubber with 20 year guarantee! The workman had to chisel out the silicone used to stop the leak. But very pleased with shire. Highly recommend these. Professional!

Booked for them to come out and provide a quote at 2pm today. It has now gone 3.30pm and they are a no-show. Not even a phone call to advise of a need to cancel/reschedule etc. Poor customer service.
Just had new front and back doors fitted. Very good quality and service from the team.
