Responsive. Professional. Excellent communication. Arrived on time as scheduled and confirmed estimate on site after measuring more precisely than I was able to. Deep cleaned and removed stains that I thought would be permanent. The team was very thorough and did a great job. Also, they were very friendly and down to earth people, and I liked them! I would definitely recommend this carpet cleaning service and will try their house cleaning services in the future. Oh, and the price was right too. Highly recommend!

What an amazing company! We have never had a carpet cleaning service that took so much care to ensure that everthing was covered and protected. They put up corner guards and a door entrance cover and made a strategic plan before they got started. The results were excellent. We are so pleased and would highly recommend C Thomas Cleaning Service.
Special care was taken to remove all the spots and soil. They came at the last minute when I needed the carpets cleaned urgently. Super friendly people. The carpets came out wonderful. I highly recommend this company.
