Very particular customer here but I can recommend C Thomas without reservation. Arrived on time, were meticulous in setting up, covering anything and everything that was in the path of hoses, etc, spent so much time on the cleaning (I’ve had others in and out in a fraction of the time for the same size job) and today after drying I can really appreciate that the carpets are CLEAN and don’t just have pretty vacuum lines.
My daughter had one dog, three puppies and a white carpet. Mr Thomas was able to restore it to a new condition. I was so impressed with his work that he has just left my house with similar results.
Amazing service and people. We are repeat customers and love the professionalism and outstanding work performed by them. From difficult wine stains, mechanical furniture stains and regular mishaps CT to the rescue. They are truly careful and respectful of every inch of space. We have used big commercial brands before and CT’s services outperforms and over delivers every time. An amazing service with such friendly and amazing people.
