I called and was able to book the next day. They were kind and professional. The carpet looks like new. I wish I had more carpets to have them clean.
Could not recommend enough! Our cat in heat had peed on our brand new couch and we tried everything and couldn’t not get the smell out! C Thomas cleaning came same day I called and took care of it! They were diligent, careful and reassuring. We were worried the sofa was ruined. They were very professional, brought all equipment and did a very thorough job! They also reassured that if they needed to come back for the second time to reclean they would do so!
