I paid a couple grand to have high quality cameras installed a couple years ago. Initially it was a great experience and Craig was awesome, however over the last couple of years it has been like pulling teeth to get a response whenever our cameras go offline. I get no response to voicemails or texts. This has happened MULTIPLE times since the install in 2023. At this point I am enraged at such awful customer service.
