UPDATE 10/24/23 - I was able to establish contact with a Customer Care Coordinator, who has been great with responsive communications. Although residential systems are no longer at the core of CTEC's business model (so I was told), I was grateful for their support. Why I previously had to go through a "blackout" of no comms from CTEC, I do not know. I'd like to be optimistic about the relationship, given my most recent interactions with them. Not a customer but was behind truck 21 today. An unsecured large cardboard box filled with trash that was in the bed of the truck flew out and littered the highway on 291 right over the CT river. So much for going green..

Non-existent customer service, after the installation. My calls to Service are sent to voicemail, with no call back. Interestingly, calls to the Operator are routed to the same voicemail box (same person's name). CTEC did a wonderful installation some years ago, then repeatedly failed to even acknowledge me as a customer. It's sad... they used to be so good, but they offer me no choice than to send my business elsewhere. Buyer beware.
