First time going to CTnail salon and it 100% did NOT disappoint. Made an appointment for a gel full set with Lisa P and she absolutely delivered on the service. I requested a French ombré shorter square since I work with my hands and she listened to exactly what I wanted. She made great conversation the entire appointment making me feel extremely welcomed which was lovely as a new comer. Customer service from her went above and beyond. Totally worth it, make your appointment with Lisa P you will NOT be disappointed!

I went to CT Nails in mid-January for the first time in several years to have gel polish applied over my natural nails. Within three days, the polish started chipping so badly that I had to remove it. Hoping it was a one-time issue, I returned on February 13, explained what happened, and had the gel polish reapplied. Unfortunately, about seven days later, the polish began chipping again, and by day ten, it was lifting and peeling off in sheets. waited an hour and this is the ONLY thing they did, they said they could do in 30 mins and i had to walk out because i have plans. trash trash trash. appointments were coming in and they didnt even know they had them. i infact left with gooey nails

Lisa P is the best! I have PCOS and unfortunately grow quite a lot of facial hair. I always used to shave but she has helped me so much teaching how to better take care of it with waxing and moisturizing. She is so kind and goes above and beyond for her clients!
