Very rude! No formal phone greeting. Very unprofessional business. They hung up on me very abruptly. Won'T give them my business.
Very unprofessional! I work with a Real estate company and we are trying to get two glass doors fixed for a client to sell his home . They told me 'hold on' and when they got back on the phone they said that they do not have anyone available and hung up on me. I never said a time frame or when we needed it done, they also never asked, they just hung up on me. Beyond rude!!!!
