From sales to installation the process was very smooth. Carpet is an investment. We were not hurried in making a selection and appreciated their patience. The installers were respectful of our home and very efficient.

I used Jeff and his team recently for 3K feet of floors plus a kitchen remodel. Jeff personally helped me select the materials and ensured all of the work was perfect. When I noted a few minor issues (like a cabinet door warped from the manufacturer) they promptly addressed. I would definitely use them in the future.

We had some issues with our LVP flooring that was originally installed by the previous owner of the company, but Jefferson and his team came in and fixed everything perfectly. They were professional, efficient, and made sure the work was done right. We are very happy with the results and felt the price was fair.
