Always fair and professional.
Brought my old Lexus in to get it ready for my daughter's college graduation gift and they did a wonderful job in getting it back into top condition. Chris and staff are very welcoming, upfront/honest and knowledgeable. Even though I didn't make an appointment, they still allowed me to drop it off on the same day and worked on it for awhile. Great service as always. I notice that when I take my cars to C&T, that the engine oil does not burn. If I stray and go to el cheapo oil changing places, my oil burns, and I have to top off the level at least once between changes. I think C&T uses Kendall oil, which is a much better product.
Solid and honest service. Don't go to the Putnam lexus for your service and just come here instead. Chris saved me from doing thousands of dollars of unnecessary repairs.
