Honest and fair, plus do good work I looked online and it was tough to find good reviews about auto shops in the area. C T had a couple decent reviews, so that was the best option. Well, as it turns out it was a wise decision. They took care of the car that was essentially not operational - did just what was required and a fair price. Will never call again! Will never find out if they are any good. Called for an alternator estimate, and refused to do so over the phone, unless car was seen. Told the guy who answered that the car won't start, and he said, "oh well" and hung up on me. Pathetic customer service.
