These folks wasn't paid by my insurance after the insurance spoke to all of us in office and told Sue to go ahead and do what she needed to and she'd be paid . Very long story short, insurance didn't pay after my calling, emailing etc. and dentist could have turned it to credit ppl but was kind enough to reach out before she done that. I finally managed to speak to insurance folks, and they said it WAS approved but somehow I fell thru cracks but she'll be paid in 30days when appeal goes thru. Dr. Vanblaircum has been our family dentist for 30 years and she and her whole staff are top notch. She genuinely cares about her patients and it shows. Great choice if you are looking for a dentist or in need of one.

I scheduled an appointment for my husband and when they saw him, they told us that he needed to come back for following check up when he went to the following appointment he sat in the lobby for 45 minutes and no one ever came. Then when he left, they told him that he missed his appointment and that he needed to reschedule. He proceeded to tell them that he waited there for 45 minutes, but nothing was ever done about it and no one ever came to the desk so he scheduled a second appointment and now he has been waiting at the d... read more
