I was a patient w her from the beginning of her office opening in Lafayette. This was a place I felt comfortable from the Dentist as well as the staff. She always help me to keep my teeth an we done everything to master that. Sue is the same outside of office as she being the Dr. Side. I was w her until I moved to Huntsville Alabama four years ago. I feel very blessed to have her in my small town I was raised inn an hope her business always stay strong.
These folks wasn't paid by my insurance after the insurance spoke to all of us in office and told Sue to go ahead and do what she needed to and she'd be paid . Very long story short, insurance didn't pay after my calling, emailing etc. and dentist could have turned it to credit ppl but was kind enough to reach out before she done that. I finally managed to speak to insurance folks, and they said it WAS approved but somehow I fell thru cracks but she'll be paid in 30days when appeal goes thru. Profesional, friendly staff. They always answer and explain any questions you may have. Been a patient for a few years and have never had a bad experience.
Men "Beware"! This office cost me my marriage of 32 years, my 2 children, and my way of life! They act like they are your friends, then out comes the knifes! I don't know how Miss Divorce'em can sleep at night, and Miss Britney Spears Wanna Be, "Tell Me All Your Troubles, Their Safe With Me, How's Things With Your Marriage, I'm Your Friend, I've Been There, TRUST ME", can show her face in public, after the TROUBLE they've caused my (once) family!
