This is a common practice here!!! People are lazy!! Garbage attracts rodents….and what is management doing to control this????? Nothing.
Recently called to inquire about the property and was not impressed whatsoever. The lady who I talked to ( I think Comeesh or something like that) had a dry demeanor. It was obvious that she didn't want to be there. I had to call a few times because it was hard getting a live person on the phone. Definitely don't want these issues as a resident.
This apartment community has been steadily declining. It's clear that management is lowering tenant standards, and the impact is noticeable. Recently, the police had to intervene to de-escalate a fight. The hallway walls are smeared and consistently dirty, the elevator is rarely cleaned, and there is a constant smell of marijuana. If you're considering moving here, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. There are far better-maintained and professionally managed communities in the area.
My relative resides in this community and it has declined. During most visits, there is a persistent smell of marijuana in the common areas. This has been a repeated issue, and it raises serious concerns about the living environment and air quality. It also appears that staff have not taken any meaningful action to address or regulate this problem. Residents and their visitors should be able to enter and exit the building without being exposed to these odors.
The elevator in the 3rd building is currently broken and this the 3rd time it’s broken in the past year that I’ve lived here. Last time was 4 months ago and it was broken for 2 weeks while they were waiting for a part and further inspection. I live on the top floor, so it’s pretty annoying to have it keep breaking down. Overall, I still enjoy living here. It’s in a part of laurel that is safer compared to others, and since my last neighbors have moved out, I haven’t had any problems.
