I scheduled an appointment during my lunch break, and no one from the leasing office ever came to meet me for the tour. Though I was a few minutes late, I called in advance letting them know. I left two voicemails, one for my delay and another since no one was at the leasing office. It’s not easy getting in touch with someone here. Surrounding area doesn’t seem great. Management or leasing office seemed completely absent or away. I wouldn’t waste your time going for a tour here. Thanks and good luck.
I am writing this review specifically to commend Camille, a leasing office consultant at C Street Flats, for her outstanding service. Recently, I encountered a serious issue in my apartment, and Camille was the only person who provided the dedicated assistance I needed. Camille’s professionalism is truly exceptional. Started living here three years ago and it was wonderful until the past few months. I am assuming they went through a change in management but everything has gone downhill. The quality, timeliness in services, they are finding ways to hike up fees and add hidden fees and services that were never a thing in the past three years of me living here. I am moving out, I guess it was nice while it lasted. Gerald (the former property manager) I am assuming he does not work for this company anymore but he held this place together. Si... read more

Have lived here for 5 years and it’s been great up until the past few months. Getting ahold of someone in the office is extremely difficult, they close early often and don’t respond to emails in a mannerly time. Some residents don’t care about noise and you will hear them walking around, slamming doors, banging stuff, etc through the ceiling. Good luck having anything done about that issue though.
