My relative resides in this community and it has declined. During most visits, there is a persistent smell of marijuana in the common areas. This has been a repeated issue, and it raises serious concerns about the living environment and air quality. It also appears that staff have not taken any meaningful action to address or regulate this problem. Residents and their visitors should be able to enter and exit the building without being exposed to these odors.
The elevator in the 3rd building is currently broken and this the 3rd time it’s broken in the past year that I’ve lived here. Last time was 4 months ago and it was broken for 2 weeks while they were waiting for a part and further inspection. I live on the top floor, so it’s pretty annoying to have it keep breaking down. Overall, I still enjoy living here. It’s in a part of laurel that is safer compared to others, and since my last neighbors have moved out, I haven’t had any problems. I scheduled an appointment during my lunch break, and no one from the leasing office ever came to meet me for the tour. Though I was a few minutes late, I called in advance letting them know. I left two voicemails, one for my delay and another since no one was at the leasing office. It’s not easy getting in touch with someone here. Surrounding area doesn’t seem great. Management or leasing office seemed completely absent or away. I wouldn’t waste your time going for a tour here. Thanks and good luck.

Started living here three years ago and it was wonderful until the past few months. I am assuming they went through a change in management but everything has gone downhill. The quality, timeliness in services, they are finding ways to hike up fees and add hidden fees and services that were never a thing in the past three years of me living here.
