I have been with C Spire for 11 years and I'm consistently being forced to pay more for less service. Things are no longer included, everything becomes a long drawn out process, and I don't feel like a valued customer and like my concerns matter to you guys anymore. I can receive a higher level for service for less money with a different provider. Living in the Memphis-metro area, it is embarrassing that C Spire can not provide 4G service, or provide a straightforward answer about why not or when we will get it. Percs have g... read more
