I visited this location today with my mom who needed her new iPhone X activated, which wasn’t purchased from this store. The staff could not have been more helpful and patient with us. I was planning to purchase a new phone as well but it was out of stock. I was given honest expectations for when new stock would arrive and told if I chose to purchase it from another store they would be happy to help with the transfer regardless.
