Ideal homes think they slick fixing the property fence in the front of the subdivision where the backside of the homes facing S.E 15th sit so they can attract new home buyers all awhile leaving the fence in the back side all raggedy!! I was told by CSolutionsOKC who keep raising the HOA fees here by the way....the homeowners are responsible for the retainer wall & fence!?! The fence in the front is the decor wall!?!
