I bought a Groupon for here. I have tried to call them many times, even sent them text messages, and they have never called me back to set up an appointment. I asked Groupon to get involved, but this place said they would not issue a refund. I think this is a horrible way to do business. There’s plenty of good spas out there that won’t treat their customers like this. I wish they just give me my money back so I don’t have to fight it further.

I visited Nichole 10/10/25 and got a facial and wax. Her facials are rejuvenating along with her refreshing customer service. The wax experience was superb and my money was well spent. If you have a chance, please visit this location. I loved it!
I first found Nicole’s salon in 2021, and I’ve been going to her ever since. She is incredibly experienced and always recommends the best products and routines tailored to my skin and hair type. What really sets Nicole apart is her passion, you can tell she truly loves what she does. She takes the time to explain, educate, and make sure you feel comfortable and cared for. Every appointment feels like both self care and learning something new, and I always leave feeling refreshed and confident.
My daughter had her first facial yesterday for her 12th birthday. Initially she was very apprehensive but Nichole put her at ease immediately. It was such a wonderful experience for her!! Nichole was so kind and gentle with her. She walked away feeling a lot more confident without all the blackheads and gunk on her face. We wish we lived closer (we were here on vacation) but we already have plans to come back for facials with Nichole in September when we are back in town. I wish I could give her more than 5 stars!!
